Patient stories are an invaluable way of helping us to understand how the services we deliver impact on you, by putting our colleagues in your shoes.
Research shows that patient stories bring experiences to life and encourage the NHS to focus on the patient as a person rather than a condition or an outcome.
Our patient stories, which can be positive or negative experiences of care, are shared at our Quality Assurance Committee, Trust Board and with our staff and used as a learning tool across the Trust.
