Each of our hospitals is well served by the local bus network.
At Blackpool Victoria Hospital, there are bus stop directly outside the main entrance and on Whinpark Avenue and nearby at both Clifton and Fleetwood hospitals.

Blackpool North, in the town centre, is the nearest railway station.
The smaller Blackpool South station on Waterloo Road, South Shore, provides an hourly service to Squires Gate, St Annes, Ansdell and Fairhaven, Lytham and Kirkham.
The Traveline website will advise on connections for your journey to hospital.
There is a taxi rank outside the main entrance to Blackpool Victoria Hospital. Fully disabled accessible taxis are available.
Two wheels and walking
Cycle parking stands are situated close to most hospital entrances.
There are some motorcycle bays. However, if these are full, please park your motorbike with consideration for pedestrians. Motorbikes that cause an obstruction may be subject to a civil penalty notice and fine.
Our Safety Team regularly patrols the car parks and there is CCTV. However, cycles and motor bikes are left at the owners’ risk. Please ensure that your cycle or motor cycle is adequately secured with a good quality lock.
