Telephone advice service

If you are not sure whether a child needs a Speech and Language Therapy assessment, or you would like some general advice, you can contact us to request a telephone appointment.

We offer 15 minute telephone screening appointments with a Speech and Language Therapist to discuss general advice, signposting and tips to support your child’s speech, language and communication.

To request a telephone advice appointment, please telephone 01253 951101 or email bfwh.admin.paediatrictherapy@nhs.net. Please include your contact number, name of your child, and let us know that you are requesting a telephone advice appointment.
