If your child is aged 2 or 3 years, they can get their free flu vaccine in clinic today.
Ask a member of staff for more information.
Children under the age of 5 years have the highest rate of hospital admissions due to flu.
Vaccinating your child will also help protect vulnerable friends and family by preventing the spread of flu.
As part of a pilot, between October 2024 and January 2025, we are offering all children aged 2 and 3 years to have their flu vaccine during their visit to clinic. It is given as a nasal spray which is a quick and painless spray up the nose.
All school aged children and children with a health condition that puts them at greater risk from flu will be offered their flu vaccine at school or by the GP.
To find out more about the flu vaccine, or other childhood vaccines, please speak to a member of staff or visit www.nhs.uk/vaccinations
