The Apprenticeship and Widening Participation Team at Blackpool Teaching Hospitals centrally manage the Trust’s apprenticeship programme and widening participation group activities.
Alongside the above, the team centrally manage and work with local young people to educate them on the subject of NHS careers and careers at BTH.
The team do this through a variety of different careers-based activities, in schools, colleagues and on the Trust premises too.
The team have many years experience within the NHS and education and are there to support both internal staff and our local community in the work they do.
