These sessions will demonstrate the use of BMJ Best Practice, an online clinical decision support tool, to answer clinical questions and support decision making at the point of care.
This includes our Comorbidities Manager, which supports healthcare professionals to treat the whole patient when managing acute conditions.
The sessions will also cover how you can access BMJ Best Practice via our highly rated app. This will help clinicians to follow best practice, improve patient outcomes and reduce quality variation. FREE TRAINING

Literature Searching
This session introduces principles and techniques for planning and carrying out systematic and effective literature search using healthcare databases. The session will cover how to define search question, identifying key concepts, alternative terms, search techniques, combining searches and handling results.

"Do Once and Share" is a collaborative approach within the NHS, driven by Health Education England (HEE), for generating and distributing evidence-based resources, such as literature searches and learning, to avoid duplication and improve efficiency for healthcare staff.

Writing for Publication
This session aims to enable participants to have confidence to write an article for publication by providing participants with tools to write and submit articles for publication. Participants will know why we publish; where to begin when deciding to write for publication; know how to structure an article; gain some useful tips and better understanding of the publishing process.
